BRIAN FOSTER-CEO

Brian Foster, is focused on providing innovative strategic opportunities for clients as well as creating ways for clients to achieve an independent and successful creative environment. Striving for exposure to what the world has to offer, Brian ventured from Victorville, CA to Atlanta, GA after high school for college. With a Bachelors from Morehouse College (GA) in Business Administration-Marketing and minoring in Economics, Brian is educated and trained on core principles of business and economic platforms. With a Masters from Full Sail University (FL) in Entertainment Business- Sports Management, he is educated and trained on the entertainment industry principles, best practices, and strategies. Through experience in various industries, he’s capable of innovative ways to maximize success for clients.

Brian has been in the Sports & Entertainment industry since 2008. Working for the Sacramento Kings, he gained valuable experience working both with companies and the community regarding different ways to build their business or organization with the Kings’ platform. In 2009, he began his shift from the Sports industry to the Music industry, beginning in artist & business management with D.E.A.N. Ent. Learning how each client is different and strategies have to be custom made to put them in a position to succeed became a skill set that was developed. It became a key to building great relationships throughout the industry.

During that time, Brian ventured into countless opportunities outside of the entertainment industry and shifted focus on developing those opportunities. In 2018, Brian partnered with Elise and joined forces with Kirkland Financial. Networking in various industries made it a natural transition into the finance world. The pandemic extremely hurt the entertainment industry, specifically music. Through nurturing those various relationships, Brian also decided to relocate and start D.E.A.N. Business Group in Las Vegas, NV. The goal was to create the consulting company to focus on business development and to tag team with Elise to provide more full menu services for the finance side as well. It was important to be able to provide opportunities for ventures in finance, wealth preservation, entertainment, and other facets of business.

Elise is driven by her passion to impart to all businesses the key elements to building a very large enterprise. She has seen it with her family’s business empire and has experienced it when she held key positions in companies like the Hilton Hotels.

For over thirty years Elise has helped companies grow setting up the most basic financial systems to more complicated areas of finance and corporate structuring. To date she continues to work closely with individuals and companies to ensure that her mission is carried out, while embarking on a new direction toward inspiring companies to “give back” as they grow. She is currently creating charities for businesses believing that for a business to last, it must become an integral part of the community and a driving force for a cause.

Her clients come from various industries and are of different sizes. Her commitment is to help a company who has the right mind set for growth and a willingness to apply time-tested financial & business principles. And as the business environment is rapidly changing, competition is becoming more ferocious, one’s ability to adapt, reinvent itself and thrive is of absolute importance.

Elise knows that an entrepreneur’s vision is only as good as his/her strategy for execution. “Everyone has a dream, everyone is passionate about something, but a dream can only become reality with the right structure and business systems to carry it out” she always says.

LT COL KELLY COLE. DBA, BMAL-COO

Michael "Kelly" Cole is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the United
States Arm y with more than 29 years of enlisted and commissioned
officer experience. LTC (Ret.) Cole is a subject matter expert in
Reconstruction and Development and Humanitarian / Disaster Relief,
with experience most recently in northern Syria northwest Iraq. Prior
to departing from the military, he served within the Special Operations community for more than 15 years with several operational deployments in support of SOF mission sets. LTC (Ret.) Cole also has expertise in business administration, project/operations management, and logistics management.

LTC (Ret.) Cole is a Doctoral Candidate in Business Administration and holds a Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership degree, from Liberty University, and is a graduate of the John F. Kennedy, Special Warfare Center School Advanced Regional Analysis Graduate program, Graduate of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agri-business Development Course and NATO CIMIC Course.

LTC (Ret.) Cole is also the Founder and CEO of Jabriel General Service Company, LLC. (Jabriel) an American small business, focused on identifying innovative strategies to alleviate human suffering and support the reconstruction and development of post disaster and conflict areas. With strategic host-nation partnerships, Jabriel provides a suite of professional services and products, to meet the immediate, interim and long-term goals of those partnering organizations that are resourcing the relief effort. With more than a quarter century of diverse
leadership, operational experience and understanding in how the U.S. federal government, International Organizations, and many hosts nation governments contractual processes work, Jabriel actively seeks global opportunities and partnerships to facilitate economic growth within post disaster and conflict host nation private and governmental business communities.
